Woodpeckers FHG-25 Free Hand Guard for Router

Woodpeckers FHG-25 Free Hand Guard for Router
Designed for routing curved shapes where a fence cannot be used, this accessory serves as both a clear safety guard over the router bit and provides 2 fulcrum points for smooth wood entry, just like using a starter pin. It comes with a high-efficiency dust collection system that keeps the workspace clean and ensures clear visibility of the workpiece at all times. This new model is injection-molded for increased strength and accommodates thicker wood.

Features
Captures over 90% of wood chips and dust during operation, ensuring a clear view of the cut line.
Features 2 fulcrum points to help start cuts on curved wood safely and accurately.
Clear shield made of high-quality acrylic protects fingers from the router bit without obstructing visibility.
Dust port accommodates both 2-1/2 inch dust hoses and 2-1/4 inch Shop-Vac hoses.
Accommodates workpiece thicknesses up to 1-3/4 inches (44.45 mm).
Mounting knobs are captured within the tool so they won't get lost when not in use.
