Woodpeckers FTBG-IL FullThrottle 4" Inline Blast Gate

Woodpeckers FTBG-IL FullThrottle Blast Gate 4-inch Inline Dust Collection Valve
Inspired by dragster intake valves, it replaces traditional sliding gates with a butterfly valve, which reduces airflow restriction when open and eliminates the debris buildup in slide tracks that often plagues conventional designs. Engineered to maximize the efficiency of your workshop dust collection system, it delivers consistent suction and easier maintenance.

Features
Butterfly valve mechanism ensures high airflow efficiency and minimizes turbulence
No slide tracks that accumulate wood debris, preventing clogs and ensuring consistently smooth operation
Multiple mounting options: on walls, ceilings, or directly to machines
Designed to fit all 4-inch quick-change couplers on the market
Features a 2-inch clamping length—longer than conventional gates—for secure, leak-free hose clamping
The lever can be mounted in any orientation to suit user convenience

Applications
Used in dust collection systems of woodworking workshops requiring maximum suction efficiency
Ideal for installation in hard-to-reach spots, as it does not require side clearance for sliding gates like traditional designs
Connects woodworking machinery (such as table saws, planers) to a 4-inch main dust collection hose
