Heavy-duty industrial hydraulic crimping tool delivering up to 11 tons of crimping force, designed for wiring in power electrical systems, electrical substations, and large control cabinet installations. The tool features a forged steel C-head with an extra-thick construction to withstand high stress. The head rotates 180 degrees, allowing electricians to freely adjust the crimping angle in tight spaces or corners of electrical enclosures.  

The internal mechanism utilizes a two-stage hydraulic system that allows the ram to advance quickly to engage the lug in the initial stroke and switches to a high-pressure compression mode in the final stroke, significantly reducing pumping effort for the technician and saving working time. It also enhances safety with fiberglass handles that provide electrical insulation on-site, along with an automatic pressure relief valve that activates when the crimping force reaches its threshold to prevent excess oil pressure and extend the service life of the seal system.
