SUMO welding wire model ER70S-6, size 1.0 mm, is a high-quality copper-coated solid mild steel wire with a smooth and uniform surface. Designed for welding applications requiring stability and good penetration in medium-thickness workpieces, it is used with shielding gas to provide strong weld beads with excellent tensile strength, making it ideal for continuous industrial-grade production.

Uniform Copper Coating: Thick and uniform copper coating provides excellent rust protection on the wire and ensures smooth, uninterrupted electrical conductivity at the contact tip.

Superior Deoxidation: Formulated with an optimal balance of manganese (Mn) and silicon (Si) to eliminate impurities on the steel surface and reduce porosity in the weld bead.

Stable Arc & Low Spatter: Delivers a stable, consistent arc with very low spatter, reducing time and cost for post-weld grinding and cleanup.

Precision Layer Wound: Precision layer-wound packaging prevents wire entanglement within the spool, allowing the wire feeder to operate continuously.

Industrial Standard Spool: The 15 kg packaging is a standard size for industrial plants, enabling long-duration work without frequent spool changes.

Application
