The HIPPO model PVC-70B is a standard-height 700 mm (70 cm) traffic cone specially designed for heavy-duty use. Made from soft PVC material offering high flexibility, its highlight is the Base Weighted design featuring a specially weighted black synthetic rubber base. This provides a low center of gravity and excellent road surface grip, ensuring it won't tip over or blow away from the air blast of high-speed vehicles. Ideal for expressway traffic management or windy areas.

Base Weighted Stability: The black rubber base provides added weight, making the cone set far more stably than typical plastic cones, preventing tipping over from storm winds or truck drafts.
