Vapor capsule ZERUST VC2-1

       Vapor capsule ZERUST VC2-1

- Saves you money and extends the life of the tool for a long time. Prevent tools, equipment, mechanic parts from damage. weathering from rust Keep your tools looking new. works as good as new You don't have to buy and replace it often.
- Increase Safty to another level, help electrical equipment, system control cabinet, electronic work cabinet, computer server cabinet (with metal or metal components) to prevent short circuit. Due to moisture, corrosion, rust, deterioration, which are the main causes of short circuit. make a fire inflict massive damage
- Advanced technology from America Anti-rust products imported from the United States. With the same advanced technology used to prevent rust in automotive and aircraft parts.
- Superior with a desiccant gel bag, Zerust capsules can block unlimited rust-causing particles. Radius up to 2 feet/cube (or 4 feet/cube diameter ever) Covered in a 3D sphere) importantly, the expiration date can be clearly known. It works differently with desiccant gels. which has a limit to retain moisture in the gel If the gel beads are fully retained moisture (There is no way to measure when it will be full.) The gel will emit moisture from the body back into the container again. This causes the metal to rust and cause damage without our knowledge.
- Highly safe to use Does not affect the health of the body. Zerust is certified by UN GHS, U OSHA HazCom and CA WHMIS as safe for humans. diffusion of this molecule It is not related to the human body system. therefore has no effect on user health (REACH SDS compliant for EU classification)

       How it work

- The function of Zerust is to diffuse a type of colorless, odorless, non-toxic molecules that are harmful to the body to wrap things or materials made of iron. The diffused molecules settle on the iron surface until a thin molecular layer is formed. invisible to the naked eye These molecular layers act to prevent and inhibit electrochemical reactions. (Electrochemical reaction) with humidity in the air. As a result, the Zerust VCI is a rust-proof shield for any steel item. This makes it more difficult for that item to rust.

How to use ZERUST VC2-1 Vapor capsule

1) Remove the Zerust cube from the package and write the date on it. In order to use it as a reminder of the expiration date
2) Place the Zerust Cube into the box, cupboard, or container where the item is stored, trying to make sure that the Zerust Cube's location has a radius of action covering that item. (May remove the double-sided adhesive tape that comes with Zerust, paste Zerust to the wall of the container) if the radius is not covered enough Increase the number of Zerust cubes.
3) Leave the container closed for 1 hour to allow Zeust to diffuse the molecules in the air.
4) Open the container and take the items you want to keep. Put it in and immediately close the container. (Close the container every time when opening the item to use)
