NITTO KOHKI Belton model B-20D Air Belt Sander with a 20 x 520 mm belt size is a high-performance pneumatic tool innovation from Japan, designed to maximize convenience and minimize user fatigue. The belt replacement system is fast and easy simply by pushing the front tension pulley. Belt speed can be adjusted via the built-in control valve, featuring a cantilever arm with freely adjustable angles. Ideal for deburring, chamfering, or reaching into tight spots and curved surfaces where conventional files cannot reach. The redesigned lever is ergonomically shaped for a firm, comfortable grip that reduces the cold feel from exhaust air. Equipped with a lock-off safety lever to prevent accidental startup and a rear exhaust that directs air away from the work surface.
