TRUSCO SDT505 Anti-Static Peeling Tape 50 mm Wide for Dust & Static Removal
TRUSCO anti-static peeling tape model SDT505 (Anti-Static Dust Removal Tape), an innovation from Japan for the electronics industry and cleanrooms. Made of polyester (PET) film with an ultra-thin thickness of only 0.06 mm, coated with a static-dissipative layer and a special adhesive layer. Measuring 50 mm wide and 50 m long, it is designed for manual or roller peel-off cleaning to thoroughly remove dust and contaminants while reducing electrostatic discharge (ESD) accumulation on workpiece surfaces without leaving any sticky adhesive residue, helping prevent damage to sensitive electronic components.
Features
Static dissipative (Anti-Static / ESD): Prevents static generation during peeling, reducing the risk of electrostatic damage to electronic devices.
Efficient Dust Removal: Excellent at attracting and collecting dust and fine particles from workpieces, glass sheets, lenses, or display screens.
Clean Removal (Leaves No Adhesive Residue): Specially formulated acrylic adhesive peels off easily, quickly, and cleanly without leaving any residue.
Thin and Tough PET Film: Only 0.06 mm thick, tear-resistant, and can withstand temperatures up to 80°C.
