It comes with a "Double Stopper" system, or dual braking system, that simultaneously locks both wheel rotation and plate swivel in a single action, providing maximum safety and stability when parking carts. The plate and frame are made of rust-resistant zinc-plated steel for strength and durability. Ideal for mounting on industrial carts, tool equipment, or furniture requiring smooth movement without damaging floors.
