High industrial standard quality imported directly from Japan. The strapping band is made from high-purity virgin polypropylene (PP) plastic resin, processed through extra-thick hot extrusion and stretching to ensure a consistently smooth surface throughout the entire roll without fraying, curling, or bending, and with very low elongation. Engineered for smooth, uninterrupted operation with fully automatic strapping machines and semi-automatic strapping machines, it helps reduce machine jamming, saves time, and boosts packaging efficiency for securing heavy parcel boxes or cargo pallets tightly and safely.

Features

High Strapping Machine Compatibility: The 15.5 mm wide strap has uniform thickness and straightness with a low-friction surface, allowing the feed and heat-sealing systems of the strapping machine to operate accurately without jamming in the production line.

Excellent Tensile Strength: The extra-thick PP plastic structure provides high tensile strength, bundling parcel boxes securely and resisting breakage even under impact during transit.

Low Elongation & Perfect Elasticity: The plastic does not stretch or sag under long-term tension, maintaining its shape and consistent clamping force to help prevent parcel boxes from collapsing or bursting open.

Premium Pure Virgin Material: Made from virgin plastic resin without using low-grade recycled plastic, resulting in excellent toughness, springiness, and good resistance to oil stains and moisture.

Safe Soft Edges: Strap edges are deburred at the micron level, reducing the risk of cutting the operator's hands and minimizing damage to the edges and corners of cardboard boxes.
