Kärcher 6.906-643.0 Roller Brush 380 mm for CV 38/1, CV 38/2 - Black

Roller brush Karcher 6.906-643.0 Roller brush length 380 mm for CV 38/1, 38/2
Rotary roller brush with standard black nylon bristles, genuine professional-grade spare part from Kärcher, Germany. Designed for installation into the suction head assembly of Kärcher CV 38/1 and CV 38/2 upright carpet vacuum cleaners. The roller shaft is made of high-balance synthetic material resistant to heat generated by the high-speed brush drive motor.

The roller surface features a wave-pattern bristle arrangement that allows the bristles to comb through, strip hair, and thoroughly lift fine dust embedded deep within carpet fibers into the suction airflow. The black nylon bristles have standard stiffness, providing a balanced clean without damaging dense carpet pile structures. Additionally, the brush features end-shaft couplings that can be easily replaced by hand without tools, making maintenance and clearing tangled hair quick and convenient.

Features
- Bristles made of professional-grade black nylon with excellent toughness and shape retention; resistant to bending and shedding even with continuous use on rough carpets.
- Spiral-wave bristle design increases surface contact to effectively sweep up debris, flick away lint, and detangle hair.
- Roller shaft has an overall length of 380 mm (38 cm), designed to perfectly balance with the width of the CV 38 series vacuum head assembly.
- Standard bristles provide the ideal brushing force for nearly all types of carpet surfaces, including loop pile carpet tiles and cut pile woven carpets.
- Both ends of the shaft are fitted with sealed ball bearings and dust caps, helping to reduce friction, prevent threads from wrapping around the inner shaft, and reduce operating noise.
- Direct-fit connectors snap securely into the belt drive assembly or brush motor of CV 38/1 and CV 38/2 vacuum cleaners immediately without requiring modifications.
- Highly resistant to friction and heat buildup from high-speed rotation, maintaining carpet cleaning performance over large areas for a long time.
- Genuine Kärcher consumable spare parts provide precise structural dimensions and ensure safety for the machine's drive system.

Applications
- Hotel and office carpet cleaning: Suitable for installation on the CV 38/1 to sweep and vacuum up dust, hair, and small debris on high-traffic corridor carpets.
- Carpet vacuum cleaner maintenance: Used to replace worn-out, crushed, shortened roller brushes or bent shafts from heavy use that diminish sweeping and vacuuming efficiency.
