The TRUSCO GV50-800R is a premium, international-standard Japanese ratchet buckle type load hugger strap set designed to meet the needs of logistics engineers, transport technicians, and industrial site procurement teams. The strap is made of 100% top-grade polyester (Polyester/PES) fibers, woven with advanced technology to a thickness of 2.5 mm and a width of 50 mm. This provides outstanding toughness, immense tensile holding strength, minimal elongation, and crucially, does not damage work surfaces with dents or scratches. It is ideal for securing wood pieces, furniture, steel pipes, or PVC pipes on truck beds. The ratchet buckle system is made of specially hardened steel with dense gear teeth that operate smoothly and lock firmly without slipping or loosening during transit. The strap end features eye hooks (Eye Hook / sewn latch hook type) that easily attach to tie-down points on vehicle bodies. An added layer of safety is provided by a detachable polypropylene (PP) protector pad that effectively protects cargo edges from strap pressure. It has a maximum working load limit of up to 0.8 tons (800 kg), meeting full Japanese safety standards.
