TRUSCO GX50-1000ELS Polyester Endless Ratchet Tie Down Strap 1000 kg

TRUSCO GX50-1000ELS Endless Polyester Webbing Strap 1000 kg Capacity
TRUSCO GX50-1000ELS is an endless round polyester webbing sling / tie-down strap designed and manufactured under strict Japanese safety engineering standards. The strap is made from 100% premium grade polyester (PES) fiber, with a width of 50 millimeters and a length of 6 meters. The endless structure (continuous loop without ends) allows for tight choking, cradling, or lashing of cylindrical, rectangular, or polished surface objects, distributing pressure with maximum balance. It safely handles lashing and lifting loads up to 1 ton (1,000 kilograms). This fabric sling is an excellent alternative to steel wire ropes and chains due to its lightweight nature, ease of storage, and convenience in confined spaces. Crucially, it preserves high-value work surfaces from dents, abrasions, or scratches during transport or movement.
Features
Endless Design: Free of bulky hooks or metal buckles, allowing 360-degree free sliding and adjustment for wrapping and even tension distribution throughout the strap.
100% High-Grade PES Material: Features exceptionally high tensile breaking strength, low elongation, and excellent resistance to abrasion, chemical oils, and dilute acids and alkalis.
Excellent UV & Weather Resistance: Fibers are UV-treated, preventing drying, brittleness, or rotting when exposed to sun and rain on work sites.
Surface-Friendly & Non-Marring: The webbing is soft, flexible yet securely gripping, preventing damage, dents, or paint scratches on chrome-plated, painted, or glossy finished workpieces.
Applications (Suitable for)
Cargo Lashing and Securing on Vehicles: Ideal for bundling steel pipes, lumber stacks, palletized goods, or machinery on pickup truck beds and trucks for maximum transport safety.
Lifting and Handling Large Cylindrical Objects: Suitable for cradling concrete pipes, machine rotary shafts, gas pipes, or precision-machined metal cores.
Industrial Installation and Maintenance: Used for rigging and securing large motors, electrical transformers, or industrial pump components in hard-to-lock positions.
DIY and Temporary Structural Guying: Used for tensioning large exhibition tent poles, stage roof trusses, or securing heavy-duty camping gear.
