The TRUSCO G150-40 is a premium belt sling conforming to the highest Japanese industrial standards (JIS B 8818 Class 3). Made of ultra-high-density woven polyester and nylon fibers, it is designed and tested to safely handle heavy lifting tasks up to 5 tons. The sling structure is soft yet strong with excellent flexibility, distributing pressure evenly to lift items with smooth surfaces, gloss finishes, or critical machine parts without scratches or dents, unlike conventional chains or wire ropes. Truly ideal for lifting and handling in ports, heavy industrial plants, and construction sites.

JIS Class 3 Standard: Certified to Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS), ensuring safety and precise load rating.

Surface Protection: The finely woven, non-abrasive fabric protects the contact surface of lifted workpieces from scratches or dents.

Double Eye Protection: The loops on both ends are reinforced with extra-thick fabric to prevent friction and tearing at points in contact with lifting hooks.

Chemical & Weather Resistance: The fibers resist chemicals, oil, and UV rays, preventing rot or fraying during outdoor use.

Safety Indicator Internal Core: Features an alternating colored safety core inside; if the outer layer wears down to reveal the inner colored core, it serves as an immediate warning to replace the sling for safety.
