The TAJIMA YSR-100 is a high-end 100-meter measuring tape (Symron-R series) truly designed for professional surveying, field work, and land appraisal. It features an innovative tape woven from over 50,000 extra-thick fiberglass strands, coated with a clear resin to protect the measuring scale from fading. The housing features an "Open Frame" structure made of engineering-grade ABS plastic with high toughness and impact resistance. This open design allows technicians to easily clean away soil, mud, or sand sticking to the tape after field use simply by hosing it down with water. The smooth, fluid folding rewind crank mechanism with speed gear ratio enables fast and snag-free winding. It is a long-distance measuring tool with high accuracy conforming to Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS Class 1), trusted by surveyors and engineers worldwide.
