The NITTO KOHKI 110SN (Nut Cupla Series) compression-type quick-connect air coupler socket is made from high-grade steel (STEEL), fully hardened and surface-treated to advanced Japanese engineering standards. The coupler is specifically designed for connection with urethane hoses or air hoses. The key highlight of this model is its included "hardened spring nut," which securely locks the air hose to the coupler body without requiring a hose clamp, evenly distributing clamping force and preventing hose twisting, kinking, or bending at the coupler base—the primary cause of interrupted airflow or hose ruptures. The interior features a premium-grade NBR (Nitrile Rubber) seal that retains air with maximum efficiency, eliminating air leaks and energy loss.
