The Nitto Kohki Mold Cupla K-02SH BRASS FKM is a female socket mold quick coupler designed with an "extra-long sleeve" (Long Sleeve) structure, manufactured from genuine industrial-grade brass from Japan. This long-sleeve design was researched and developed specifically to solve issues in plastic injection molding applications, allowing operators to easily and quickly insert, lock, or unlock couplers within deep and narrow mold recesses without obstruction. The rear connection features a 1/4-inch hose barb. A key highlight is the high-performance fluororubber (FKM / Viton) O-ring seal, providing outstanding resistance to the temperatures of hot water, lubricating oils, and chemicals in mold cooling systems. It locks tightly without air or fluid leaks and prevents rust-induced jamming.
