Nitto Kohki Mold Cupla model K-02SF BRASS FKM is an industrial mold quick coupler socket (female) made of premium solid brass imported from Japan. The rear end is designed with a G1/4 inch female thread. The coupler structure is engineered with high precision dimensions to meet on-site requirements for quick line disconnections of fluid or air lines installed on molds. A key highlight is the internal O-ring seal made of fluororubber (FKM / Viton), a special-grade rubber seal that offers exceptional resistance to high temperatures and oil-based chemicals, definitively preventing air leaks, fluid seepage, and thermal seal degradation.

High Heat Resistant Fluoro Rubber Seal (FKM / Fluororubber Seal): Advanced engineering-grade internal O-ring capable of handling high-temperature fluids or air up to 180°C. Excellent resistance to oil, corrosive chemicals, and coolants, without easily swelling or tearing.

100% Solid Brass Body (Premium Brass Body): Robust brass construction that resists impacts from heavy-duty work. Eliminates rust and scale accumulation issues when exposed to circulating cooling water for long periods.

Precision Ball Locking Mechanism: Nitto Kohki standard slide-lock system. Smooth sleeve engagement, firm locking, and quick, convenient one-handed connection and disconnection with the plug.

Standard G1/4 Female Thread: Precision CNC-machined thread grooves provide a flush, leak-free connection to fittings, pipes, or regulators.

Applications

Used for connecting to circulation lines for hot water, chilled water, or cooling oil (Cooling System) in plastic injection molds and die casting molds.

Suitable for installation at air supply points, gas lines, or power stations in industrial production lines requiring frequent switching and maintenance of tools or supply hoses.

Used for connecting with air hoses, rubber hoses, or steel pipes via a 1/4-inch male threaded fitting to supply pressure to downstream machinery.
