The NITTO KOHKI 3HP-R (HP Cupla) is a top-tier hydraulic male quick-connect plug designed to handle ultrahigh-pressure hydraulic systems and environments subject to severe vibration. The body is constructed from proprietary steel rigorously heat-treated and hardened, capable of withstanding working pressures up to 70.0 MPa (equivalent to 700 bar). Equipped with two-way automatic shut-off valve technology, it instantly cuts off and retains hydraulic oil within the line upon disconnection, ensuring maximum safety without valve gap opening caused by machinery impacts or vibrations.

Features

Vibration and Shock Resistance: Specially designed internal mechanism and construction withstand repeated vibration and shock in hydraulic systems without losing seal integrity.

Special Hardened Steel Body: Specially hardened steel body resistant to scratches and compressive forces, reducing wear from frequent coupling and uncoupling.

Two-way Automatic Shut-off Valve: Built-in automatic shut-off valve system prevents messy hydraulic oil spills and maintains residual line pressure on the plug side when uncoupled.
