NITTO KOHKI 4HP (HP Cupla) is a high-performance male quick connect plug specifically designed for ultrahigh-pressure hydraulic systems. The body is manufactured from a special grade of steel subjected to heat treatment hardening, allowing the structure to withstand working pressures up to 70.0 MPa or equivalent to 700 bar. It features an automatic two-way shut-off valve system that immediately retains hydraulic oil upon disconnection, reliably preventing oil spillage and fluid contamination in the system. It is a standard accessory trusted for maximum safety in heavy industrial applications.
Features
Special Hardened Steel Body: Made from a proprietary steel alloy, heat-treated to increase resistance to impacts and compression, and prevent wear from frequent connections.

Two-way Automatic Shut-off Valve: The internal valve on the plug side seals completely as soon as it is disconnected from the socket, maintaining line pressure and preventing hydraulic oil from spilling onto the work surface.

Low Pressure Loss Design: The internal valve structure is designed to open widely when connected, allowing hydraulic oil to flow smoothly without pressure drop.

Rc 1/2" Female Thread: The rear port features an Rc 1/2-inch female thread that fits securely onto male-threaded hydraulic hoses.
