NITTO KOHKI 8TPF High-Performance Valveless Male Coupler Plug
The NITTO KOHKI 8TPF (TSP Cupla) is a quick-connect male plug coupler with female threads (Female Thread Plug) sized at 1 inch (Rc 1"), manufactured from genuine premium-grade brass imported from Japan. The most prominent feature of the TSP Cupla series is its "valveless" internal structure (Valveless Structure / Straight Through). When connected to a matching valveless socket, air, gas, chemicals, or various fluids can flow freely across the full pipe cross-section, reducing flow resistance (pressure drop) virtually to zero. This ensures that downstream tools and machinery receive full-capacity pressure and flow, making it ideal for systems requiring fast and consistent high-volume fluid transfer.

Features

100% Full-Flow Valveless Structure: The internal flow path is completely clear without valve mechanisms or springs obstructing the flow direction, allowing air and fluids to flow at the full capacity of a 1-inch pipe and eliminating system pressure drop.

High-Quality Brass Material: The industrial-grade brass construction provides high toughness, exceptional resistance to mechanical impact, outstanding resistance to environmental corrosion, and absolute rust resistance throughout its service life.

Japanese Standard Female Thread (Rc 1" Thread): High-precision tapped female threads comply with Japanese JIS standards, threading tightly and seamlessly onto 1-inch male fittings or steel main pipes for complete leak prevention.

Precision Quick-Connect Locking System: Standardized male plug dimensions allow smooth, jam-free connection and disconnection with TSP Series female sockets, providing a secure and reliable lock.

Applications

Main air distribution piping systems within industrial plants that supply air to large machinery.

Piping systems for high-viscosity fluids, such as low-pressure hydraulic oil lines, lubricating oil feed lines, or industrial grease transfer lines.

Connecting coolant lines for plastic injection molds or machinery cooling systems that require quick hose assembly and disassembly.

Use with screw air compressors or large air receiver tanks to distribute air to various workstations.
