This model belongs to the TSP Cupla series, renowned for its "Straight Through" structure with no internal valves blocking the path. This allows high-viscosity fluids, air, chemicals, or gases to pass through at full 100% capacity (maximum flow rate) with virtually zero pressure loss in the system. The body is formed and machined from high-grade stainless steel (SUS), offering exceptional strength, resistance to acids and corrosive chemicals, and total freedom from rust concerns. It connects easily on-site and allows swift changeovers via its Rc 3/8 inch female thread.

Features

Valve-less Straight Through Structure: Features an internal valveless design on both the plug and socket sides, delivering maximum flow rate while effectively minimizing flow resistance and pressure drop.

Premium Stainless Steel (SUS): Excellent corrosion resistance against chemicals, water, oil, and steam heat. Offers a long service life and is completely rust-free.

Precision Rc 3/8" Female Thread (TSF): The rear connection features a standard Rc 3/8-inch female thread (Japanese/Asian standard taper thread) for a tight, secure fit that prevents air pressure or fluid leaks.

Quick & Smooth Coupling: The locking sleeve slides smoothly for tight, secure, and precise engagement in full accordance with Nitto Kohki's Precision Machining standards.
