The NITTO KOHKI TSP Cupla model 10TPH STEEL is a male quick-connect coupler plug with a hose barb end designed for attaching to extra-large 1 1/4-inch industrial rubber, air, or oil hoses. Designed with a Straight Through structure (valveless open structure), its primary advantage allows high-viscosity fluids, oils, or high volumes of air to flow freely at 100% full capacity without pressure drop issues.

Crafted from special steel with a hardened surface treatment for enhanced mechanical durability, it withstands torsion, connection impacts, and internal pressures up to 3.0 MPa (30 bar), ensuring safety and reliable performance to genuine Japanese manufacturing engineering standards.

Features

Straight Through Design: Open internal bore without any valve mechanism or spring obstruction, maximizing fluid flow, offering exceptionally smooth passage, and reducing power loss in transmission systems.

Thick, Sharp Hose Barb: The barb end features sharp, deep serrations to grip industrial rubber hoses securely. When secured with a hose clamp, it perfectly prevents hose detachment.

Premium Special Steel Body: Extra-thick construction with surface hardening to resist scratches and dents from on-site impacts, extending service life under heavy-duty conditions.

Reliable 30 bar Working Pressure: Accommodates high normal working pressures and withstands a proof pressure of up to 4.5 MPa (45 bar).

Easy Maintenance: With no complex internal valve components, it is well-suited for high-viscosity fluids such as engine oil or inert gases without clogging risks, and enables easy system flushing (CIP).

Applications
