The NITTO KOHKI 66HS (HSP Cupla) is a premium quick-connect coupler for high-pressure hydraulic systems from Japan. Designed for hydraulic fluid transfer applications operating under severe and continuous pressure variations, its body is made of special quenched steel featuring exceptional impact resistance and durability against impulse pressure, ensuring maximum safety and operational performance in accordance with Japanese engineering standards.

Features

Two-way shut-off valve system: Features an automatic shut-off valve in both the socket and the plug, preventing hydraulic fluid leakage or spillage during disconnection.

Quenched Special Steel Body: Heat-treated and hardened for extra strength, providing superior resistance to impact and wear from heavy-duty use.

Low Pressure Loss: Internal fluid passage design minimizes flow resistance, allowing oil to flow smoothly and quickly without diminishing hydraulic system performance.

High-Quality NBR Seal: Provides absolute leak prevention, supports operating temperatures from -20°C to +80°C, and is suitable for general hydraulic fluids.

Applications
