Industrial-grade hydraulic and pneumatic quick coupler NITTO KOHKI model 12TPF (TSP Cupla Series) is an extra-large 1-1/2" female threaded male plug. Made of specially hardened steel subjected to heat treatment to maximize wear and pressure resistance according to Japanese engineering standards. The standout feature of the TSP Cupla series (TPF code) is its "valveless structure" (open type), which provides an extremely low pressure drop. This allows air, gas, or high-viscosity fluids to flow at maximum capacity without internal valve obstruction. It is exceptionally well-suited for main distribution pipelines requiring maximum and fast flow rates.

Valveless High-Flow Structure: Clear internal structure without valve mechanisms obstructing flow, reducing resistance and friction for significantly higher flow rates compared to standard quick couplers.

Hardened Steel Body: Body made of selected grade hardened steel; resists impact, torque, and abrasion from frequent connect and disconnect cycles.

Leak-Proof High Pressure Seal: Plug contact surface is designed to fit precisely with the socket, thoroughly preventing leaks under normal working pressures of pneumatic and fluid systems.
