NITTO KOHKI Jetbroach NO.16325 is a high-performance annular cutter engineered with premium manufacturing technology from Japan. Specially designed for rapid, highly precise drilling in steel plates, metal structures, and thick steel. With a 25 mm cutting diameter and 35 mm cutting depth, it features a One-Touch shank system (flatted round shank) that allows operators to change or swap cutters easily by hand without any tools. Locks firmly and securely for maximum safety when used with magnetic base drilling machines.
Features
Smart One-Touch Shank system: Round shank design with One-Touch locking grooves enables quick, tool-free cutter changes by hand, saving on-site working time.
Top-grade TCT (Tungsten Carbide Tipped) cutting edges: Teeth made of extra-thick carbide arranged with alternating cutting angles allow smooth, effortless cutting into steel with excellent heat resistance.
Reduces machine drilling load: Cuts only the perimeter of the hole and ejects the center as a solid cylinder slug (core), requiring up to 3 times less drilling power than conventional twist drills.
Fast completion, smooth holes: Delivers a clean, smooth inner hole surface and perfectly accurate center alignment without requiring a pilot drill bit.
Special alloy steel body: Fully hardened and heat-treated body withstands high torque and high-frequency impacts without deforming during continuous heavy-duty drilling.
Applications
