NITTO KOHKI NO.16331 Annular Cutter One-Touch System
The NITTO KOHKI Model NO.16331 is a high-quality Jetbroach Cutter with a 31.0 mm hole diameter and a 25 mm cutting depth, directly imported from Japan. Designed for structural steel work, large roofing frame assembly, and heavy-plate metal engineering, it utilizes the "Annular Cutting" process (cutting only the circumference of the hole), allowing penetration up to 3 times faster than conventional straight-shank twist drills. It produces clean, perfectly round holes with smooth inner walls and no burrs, eliminating the need for a pilot hole (No Pilot Hole Needed). This allows operators to complete jobs faster, save labor, and exceptionally extend the service life of magnetic base drilling machines.

Features

World-Class TCT (Tungsten Carbide Tipped) Technology: The cutting tips are made of special-grade tungsten carbide, delivering excellent resistance to frictional heat buildup during high-speed heavy plate drilling. Consistently drills structural steel, mild steel, and stainless steel.

One-Touch Quick-Change Round Shank: The shank features an international standard round profile with a One-Touch quick-lock detent groove. It can be snapped and locked directly into the magnetic base drill arbor by hand with one hand, without using wrenches. It locks securely without slipping, ensuring maximum safety.

High-Efficiency Chip Ejection Flutes: The flutes around the cutter body are engineered with precise Japanese angles to rapidly evacuate chips (Chip Ejection), minimizing clogging inside which is the primary cause of cutter breakage within workpieces.

Extra-Durable Heavy-Duty Construction: The cutter body is designed to distribute torsional forces evenly, providing long-lasting durability under continuous heavy industrial drilling loads.
