NITTO KOHKI Jet Broach NO.16432 is a heavy-duty industrial grade annular cutter, 100% genuine imported from Japan. Designed to elevate hole cutting operations on thick steel plates, structural sections, and large steel frameworks (such as H-Beams, I-Beams, and Wide Flanges), it is used in conjunction with magnetic base drills. It features an innovative One-Touch shank system with a universal 19.05 mm (3/4") quick-release shank, breaking free from traditional hex key locking requirements. Operators can switch cutter sizes quickly and easily in just seconds without any tools, effectively reducing downtime and maximizing productivity on construction sites.

The cutting innovation of the Jet Broach series utilizes the principle of cutting only the peripheral rim of the hole, unlike conventional twist drills that must pulverize all the metal core. This dramatically reduces resistance and friction, requires less torque, and penetrates up to 3 times faster than standard twist drills. The cutting teeth are constructed from premium TCT (Tungsten Carbide Tipped) materials with precisely arranged progressive cutting angles, ensuring smooth, low-vibration drilling through thick steel to deliver clean, sharp, burr-free holes that fully meet the rigorous demands of structural steel engineering and bridge construction.
