NITTO KOHKI Jet Broach code NO.16340 is a high-performance, heavy industrial grade annular cutter, 100% manufactured and imported from Japan. Designed to revolutionize hole-drilling operations on thick metal plates, structural shapes, and large steel structures (such as H-Beam, I-Beam) with magnetic base drills. This high-efficiency steel hole cutter features the innovative One-Touch shank system with an international standard 19.05 mm (3/4 inch) quick-change shank that breaks conventional limits; operators can easily switch or replace cutters in just a few seconds without using tools or troublesome hex keys, drastically increasing efficiency and reducing downtime at job sites.

The Jet Broach cutting mechanism works by removing metal only along the circumference of the hole, unlike conventional drill bits that must grind away the entire core. This results in less torque required, excellent heat dissipation, and up to 3 times faster penetration. The premium Japanese TCT (Tungsten Carbide Tipped) tooth structure features precisely arranged progressive cutting angles, making drilling through thick steel smooth and gentle with low vibration, producing sharp, smooth, burr-free holes ready for heavy-duty industrial applications.

Automatic Slug Ejection System: The center bore is designed to work in conjunction with a pilot pin to instantly eject the center steel slug once drilling is complete, preventing chips and slugs from jamming in the cutter.
