The wheel is made of industrial-grade red polyurethane (PUt), mounted on an extra-thick heavy-duty steel frame. It guides carts straight forward and backward with precision and stability, offering excellent heavy-duty load support.

Features

Industrial-Grade PUt Material: High-strength polyurethane tread, highly resistant to tearing and abrasion, does not swell or soften easily when exposed to oil.

Heavy-Duty Frame Construction: Extra-thick pressed steel frame, several times stronger than standard caster frames, white zinc plated to prevent rust, resistant to impacts from heavy factory use.

Straight-Line Tracking: The rigid plate design locks direction to prevent carts from wobbling while moving, making the handling of heavy carts easier and safer.

Floor Protection and Noise Reduction: Despite its high load capacity, the PU tread absorbs vibrations well, protects floors (non-marking), and rolls quieter than steel wheels.
