The Xilin model A210100076 hand pallet truck is a heavy-duty material handling equipment designed to support heavy loads of up to 3,000 kg (3 tons). The body is made from extra-thick formed steel with a high-visibility yellow powder coating finish for safety. It stands out with a wide fork overall width of 680 mm and an extra-long fork length of 1220 mm, allowing full contact when lifting international standard pallets. Stability is enhanced by a tandem wheel system, which excellently distributes heavy loads and reduces shock during operation.

Feature

3-Ton High Capacity: The hydraulic unit and structure are specially reinforced to stably support a load of 3,000 kg without bending.

Extended Wide Forks (680x1220 mm.): Fork dimensions that are wider and longer than standard models provide high balance when lifting large pallets, reducing the risk of cargo tilting or falling.

Tandem Load Wheels: The dual-wheel system evenly distributes the 3-ton load onto the floor, excellently reducing shock when rolling over floor joints or uneven surfaces.

High-Precision Hydraulic Pump: Standard Xilin pump unit, durable for heavy-duty use, equipped with an overload valve for maximum safety.

Ergonomic 3-Position Handle: Ergonomically designed handle with a 3-position control lever (Raise, Neutral, Lower) for convenient one-handed operation.

Application

As a "wide-body, long-fork" (680x1220 mm.) and "tandem wheel" model, it is ideal for the following applications:

Heavy industrial plants: Ideal for moving machinery, raw materials, or finished goods weighing up to 3 tons.

Use with international standard pallets: Provides maximum stability when handling 100x120 cm or 120x120 cm pallets (Thai/American/Japanese pallets).

Warehouses and distribution centers (Logistics): Used for transporting goods requiring high vehicle stability to prevent products from tipping over or being damaged during transit.

Areas with uneven floor levels: The tandem wheel system allows smoother and safer movement over steel ramp plates, cracked concrete floors, or door tracks compared to single-wheel models
