Large Plastic Crate with 1 Open Side JBJ C130200001 Model 8252 Grey
The large plastic crate model 8252 with 1-side open wall is a jumbo industrial-grade storage container designed for maximum vertical capacity. Made from extra-thick HDPE plastic, its highlight is the long-side wall (1.2 meters) that folds down (Drop Door), allowing workers to reach goods at the bottom or furthest inside comfortably and safely according to ergonomics, even with a crate height of nearly 1 meter.
Feature
Convenient Side Access: Features a drop door on the front wall, allowing easy loading and unloading without having to lift over high crate edges.
Extra High Volume: The crate stands 975 mm tall, maximizing storage volume compared to standard models within the same footprint.
Solid & Rugged Construction: Extra-thick solid walls, excellent resistance to impact, compressive stress, and chemicals.
Space Optimization: Supports multi-tier stacking while still allowing items to be retrieved from lower crates through the front door
4-Way Forklift Entry: The bottom base accommodates forklift forks from all directions, enhancing warehouse management convenience
Application
E-commerce Fulfillment: Used as a holding bin for sorting operations that require constant picking and restocking
Automotive Parts: Store large quantities of spare parts or long-shaped components that require front-access picking along production lines
Textile & Garment: Used for holding large volumes of fabric or yarn rolls in textile factories
Warehouse Picking: Ideal for placement on storage racks allowing workers to pick items without having to pull the crate out
Specification
Storage container capacity: 800 - 900 L
Storage box width: 1000 mm.
Storage box length: 1200 mm.
Storage container height: 975 mm.
Storage container/crate style: Open top crate (standard model comes as an empty crate; lid is an optional accessory sold separately)
