The OKAZAKI Countersink (CS1S Series) model CS1S10-20 is a high-quality cutting tool from Japan. Made of high-speed cobalt steel (HSSE), it is precision-ground for deburring hole edges and creating tapered recesses for screw heads (countersinking). It features a single flute design, making it ideal for applications requiring the finest surface finish.

Single Flute Design: The single cutting flute design provides excellent chatter reduction (anti-vibration), producing a smooth, wave-free hole surface finish.

HSSE (High Speed Steel Cobalt): Made of high-speed cobalt steel with high heat resistance, maintaining cutting edge hardness even during continuous use for extended service life.

90° Point Angle: Standard 90-degree cutting angle for countersinking tapered screw heads flush with the material surface.

Step-less Chamfering: Capable of smoothly chamfering or deburring holes ranging from 10 mm. up to 20 mm. in a single bit
