TRUSCO VPB-3 Rectangular Wire Mesh Steel Tray 420x258x98 mm

TRUSCO VPB-3 Rectangular Wire Mesh Steel Tray, Size 420x258x98 mm.
The TRUSCO VPB-3 steel tray is a rectangular wire mesh tray with a robust structure, featuring external dimensions of 420x258x98 mm and an 8.7 L capacity. Distinct from the PK series, it comes with handles for convenient transport and handling. This tray is made of steel with a bright chromate surface treatment for enhanced corrosion resistance. The wire mesh design allows easy drainage of liquids or debris, making it ideal for manufacturing processes requiring washing or drying. Additionally, it is stackable for stable, efficient vertical storage.

Specifications

- Stable rectangular structure: Designed with an exceptionally robust rectangular profile, making it easy to arrange and securely stackable even under heavy loads.
- Liquid/air drainage through mesh: The perforated mesh surface with a hole diameter of 6 mm allows liquids, oils, and debris to drain out easily, making it ideal for parts requiring cleaning and drying.
- Corrosion resistance: Made of steel with shiny chromate surface treatment to increase resistance against rust and corrosion in industrial environments.

Applications & Usage
- Transferring parts between workstations:Built-in handles allow operators to lift and move parts-filled trays between production points or machines conveniently and safely.
- Washing and cleaning parts in production processes:Used as a container for holding parts to be dip-washed or spray-washed with water/oil in production lines, as the mesh structure allows liquid to drain quickly.
- Storing workpieces requiring oil drainage:Ideal for placing oily parts or parts that have just undergone cleaning, allowing excess oil or liquid to drain off before storage or the next process step.
- Tool and parts kitting:Used for organizing kits of tools or spare parts necessary for maintenance or specific assembly tasks. The handles make it easy to carry to various job sites, and stackability saves workspace on workbenches.
