The 3M™ Secure Click™ Organic Vapor/Acid Gas Cartridge D8003 is an essential component of the 3M™ Secure Click™ respiratory protection system. This cartridge plays a vital role in filtering hazardous airborne organic vapors and acid gases. The D8003 cartridge is NIOSH-approved, verifying its efficacy in protecting against designated hazardous substances, such as vapors from paints, lacquers, thinners, toluene, chlorine gas, hydrogen chloride, sulfur dioxide, chlorine dioxide, and hydrogen sulfide. A key highlight of this cartridge is the Secure Click™ connection system, an innovative design from 3M that makes installation onto the respirator quick and simple: just align and push until you hear a "click" to be confident that the cartridge is correctly and securely installed. Furthermore, the D8003 features Dual-Flow technology that allows air to flow through the cartridges along 4 paths (when using 2 cartridges), reducing breathing resistance and offering superior comfort during extended wear. The swept-back design also enhances the user's field of view.
