Maintenance and precautions
- The external air pump should be cleaned regularly to see if there are any abnormalities, such as oil leaks or dust that will enter the machine and cause dirt to accumulate.
- You should choose to use air engine oil because if adding other types of lubricating oil into the mix It may cause damage to the parts inside the air pump.
- The engine oil should be changed every 500 hours or when the color of the oil becomes darker.
- You should open the water drain valve under the air tank at least once a week to extend the life of the air tank.
- The air pump should not be installed in an area with a slope and poor heat transfer because it will cause the heat to accumulate in that area to increase. and cause the temperature around the air pump to be too hot.
- Check that all nuts are tight, such as pulley nuts. Motor mounting nuts, etc.
