First-time Use

1. The motor shaft must be able to rotate smoothly by hand without jamming.

2. Check that properly sized fuses are installed.

3. Make sure power and ground wires are connected

4. Check that the motor rotation direction matches the driven machine.

5. Check that the coupling to the machine is tight and sufficiently secure.

General Use

1. Minimize the load during startup, then gradually increase the load once the motor reaches full speed

3. Check that there is no abnormal noise in the bearings

4.หากเกิดไฟดับ ให้ทำการสับสวิตช์ตัดไฟ เพื่อป้องกันมอเตอรืโอเวอร์โหลดหรืออันตรายอื่นๆ เนื่องจากมอเตอร์รับโหลดกะทันหันเมื่อไฟมา

5. Stop the motor immediately if any abnormality occurs

Inspection and Maintenance Interval

1. Infrequently used motors accumulate moisture from long downtimes, making daily inspections crucial.

On the other hand, disassembly inspection does not need to be performed frequently.

2. Continuously operating motors, such as pumps and fans, should be regularly disassembled for inspection.

3. Record results of daily, monthly, and disassembly inspections.

For reference and planning future maintenance.

4. Schedule and perform disassembly inspections based on usage

If installed in a dusty area with low usage, inspect every 1-2 years; if used continuously, inspect every year.

If installed in a clean area with light use, inspect every 2–3 years; for continuous use, inspect every 1–3 years.

Abnormal Symptoms

Motor does not work
