BESSEY STC-IHH25-T20 Push Pull Toggle Clamp
The BESSEY STC-IHH25-T20 is a German-standard inline/push-pull toggle clamp set designed to revolutionize assembly and sanding work on multifunction perforated tables. Highlighted by an Auto-Adjustment system, it allows the push rod to instantly engage and lock workpieces of varying sizes up to 13 mm without having to re-adjust the screw. It comes with an integrated 20 mm pin that can be inserted directly into holes on professional woodworking tables (such as Festool MFT tables) and quickly tightened from below. Easily repositionable, it delivers rock-solid horizontal pressure and leaves 100% of the work surface unobstructed.

Features

- Integrated Ø 20 mm Table Mount: Fully equipped with a 20 mm diameter locking pin, compatible with multifunction tables (MFT) or general workshop tables with a tabletop thickness from 19 to 25 mm. Locks securely from underneath the table with a large knurled nut without requiring tools.

- Automatic Stroke Adjustment: BESSEY's patented innovation that enables the push rod to automatically engage and clamp workpieces with thickness or spacing variations up to 13 mm, while maintaining a firm and consistent clamping force—saving enormous time in production lines.

- Adjustable Clamping Force: Precisely control straight-line clamping force up to 2,500 N (approx. 250 kg) to suit the material via the set screw on the cantilever joint, protecting softwoods from damage or clamping steel solidly.

- Inline Push-Pull Motion: Delivers horizontal linear clamping force (Inline); the handle sits parallel to the work surface when locked, keeping the area above the workpiece completely clear without the handle protruding. Craftsmen can easily operate sanders, trim routers, or hand planes across the entire surface.

- Ergonomic 2-Component Handle: Ergonomically contoured dual-material plastic-and-soft-rubber handle provides a secure grip, reduces hand strain, and resists workshop oils and chemicals.
