JITOOL Product Warranty Terms & Conditions 

1. The JITOOL product warranty covers only genuine licensed JITOOL trademarked products, including genuine spare parts from JITOOL.

2. The product warranty covers manufacturing defects from the manufacturer for a period of 6 months (for pistons, O-rings, bumpers, and collars) and 1 year for other parts, starting from the date of purchase on the receipt. 

3. When customers wish to claim warranty service, please present the warranty card along with the receipt. 

4. The product warranty does not cover the following damages: 

4.1 Use of non-standard accessories such as air compressors, air hoses, staples, nails, etc., which can cause damage to the tool. 

4.2 If repaired, modified, or altered by a third-party shop 

4.3 Damage caused by transportation, misuse, and operation not following the instructions in the manual. 

4.4 Normal wear and tear from general use. 

5. Fill in all information on the warranty card completely and return it to the company within 14 days from the date of purchase; otherwise, the warranty rights will not take effect. 

6. The product warranty will be void immediately if the information on the warranty card has been altered or modified. 

7. The product warranty does not cover shipping costs. 

8. The warranty covers only products of JITOOL distributed in Thailand only.
