The KNIPEX 64 12 115 electronics end cutting nippers are high-precision German hand tools specifically designed for electronics and fine mechanics. Featuring an end-cutting head without bevel, it allows technicians to make flush cuts on wires, electronic component leads, or plastics right against the surface, leaving a smooth cut with no burrs.
The pliers body is forged from special high-grade tool steel and oil-hardened. The cutting edges are induction-hardened to approximately 56 HRC, supporting soft wire cutting up to 2.0 mm. In addition to its razor-sharp cutting performance, this model comes equipped with multi-component grips combining hard and soft plastics for a secure, comfortable hold, as well as a low-friction double spring that gently and automatically reopens the jaws, reducing hand fatigue during continuous use.
