KNIPEX 13 86 200 Electrical Installation Pliers 200 mm

KNIPEX 13 86 200 Electrical Installation Pliers 200 mm
The KNIPEX 13 86 200 Electrical Installation Pliers 200 mm (VDE insulated up to 1000V) are the ultimate 6-in-1 multi-functional electrical pliers innovation from Germany. Designed for professional electricians working on live electrical systems or requiring maximum safety. Individually tested according to IEC 60900 / VDE standards, insulated up to 1,000 volts. Combines gripping, holding, bending, deburring, cable cutting, stripping, and crimping wire ferrules into a single tool, reducing the number of tools you need to carry and maximizing work efficiency.
Features
VDE 1000V Insulated Tested: 2-component insulated handles compliant with IEC 60900, protecting against electric shock up to 1,000V AC.
6-in-1 Multi-functional Features:
Smooth gripping surfaces at tips: For gripping and bending single cores without damaging insulation
Clear-Cut Outside Edge on the Jaw: For deburring junction boxes and control cabinets.
Serrated gripping surfaces: For gripping round materials and cables
Cable shears: Induction-hardened precision cutting edges for copper and aluminum cables up to Ø 15 mm (50 mm²) without crushing
Stripping holes: Precision stripping for conductors of 0.75 - 1.5 mm² and 2.5 mm²
Crimping die: Trapezoidal crimping profile for crimping end sleeves (wire ferrules) from 0.5 - 2.5 mm²
Return spring with intelligent latching mechanism: Allows gripping without opening the pliers completely; the cutting edge remains closed and protected, enhancing safety and preventing unintentional cutting
Manufactured from high-grade special tool steel: forged from vanadium electric steel, multi stage oil-hardened, resistant to torsion and heavy-duty use.
