KNIPEX 12 42 195 MultiStrip 10 Automatic Wire Stripper 195 mm

KNIPEX MultiStrip 10 Automatic Wire Stripper 12 42 195, Size 195 mm
The ultimate world-class wire stripping innovation that requires no more tedious adjustments! The KNIPEX MultiStrip 10 Automatic Wire Stripper model 12 42 195, length 195 mm, is a premium-grade tool from Germany designed to revolutionize electrical work. Featuring an intelligent mechanism that automatically adjusts to the wire core size and insulation thickness, from ultra-fine wire of 0.03 mm to large wire of 10.0 mm (AWG 32 - 8).
The tool uses a patented parabolic blade mechanism that strips plastic or rubber insulation smoothly, quickly, and cleanly without nicking or damaging the internal copper conductors. The body is made from glass-fibre reinforced plastic, ultra-lightweight at only 136 grams. The ergonomic handle design with soft plastic gripping zones fits comfortably in the hand, perfectly reducing fatigue accumulated from performing hundreds or thousands of wire stripping tasks per day.
Features
Fully Automatic Adjustment: Automatically adapts to wire cross-sections and insulation thicknesses ranging from 0.03 to 10.0 mm without requiring manual adjustment.
Maximum Copper Core Protection: Parabolic stripping blades grip the insulation from all sides, cutting it cleanly without damaging solid conductors or fine-stranded wires.
Integrated Wire Cutter: Located on the underside of the head, features blades for cutting copper and aluminum wires up to 10.0 mm (stranded) and 6.0 mm (solid).
Adjustable Length Stop: Length stop adjustable from 3.0 to 18.0 mm ensures consistent, uniform stripping lengths every time.
Lightweight and Highly Durable: Body constructed from glass-fibre reinforced plastic, resistant to torsion and sudden impact, ultra-light at only 136 grams for easy portability.
Easy Blade and Clamping Jaw Replacement: Extends tool life cost-effectively; easily replace blades and clamping jaws with spare parts when worn out.
Applications (Suitable for)
Control Panel Assembly: Ideal for electricians who need to strip various wire sizes continuously and quickly.
Building and Industrial Electrical Installation: Used for stripping insulation from signal cables, control cables, and general power supply wires.
Electronics and Automotive Manufacturing: Suitable for high-precision wiring applications requiring utmost accuracy to prevent wire breakage and nicking.
