KNIPEX 12 12 02 Precision Wire Stripper with Shaped Blades

KNIPEX 12 12 02 Precision Wire Stripper with Shaped Blades
The ultimate precision for advanced wire stripping! The KNIPEX 12 12 02 Precision Wire Stripper with Shaped Blades, 195 mm in length, is a high-end tool made in Germany, specifically designed to solve difficult insulation stripping challenges such as PTFE, Silicone, Radox®, Kapton®, and Rubber, as well as double-insulated cables—tasks conventional wire strippers cannot accomplish. The operating mechanism utilizes unique Formed Blades technology that cuts completely around the wire insulation and pulls it off automatically in a single action, without damaging inner copper conductors or stranded wires in the slightest. It comes with an adjustable Length Stop to ensure consistent, repeatable stripping lengths on every wire. The pliers are forged from special-grade hardened steel, and the ergonomically designed handles feature soft, thick multi-component grips that provide a secure hold and reduce fatigue during continuous work.
(Key Features)
Shaped Blades Technology: Blades precisely match the wire diameter, cleanly cutting the insulation all the way around without nicking the conductor.
Supports High-Temp and Tough Insulations: Cleanly and precisely strips PTFE, Silicone, Radox®, Kapton®, and Rubber insulations.
Single-stroke automatic stripping mechanism: With just one squeeze of the handles, the blades cut and strip the insulation immediately for fast, convenient operation
Adjustable Length Stop: Features an adjustable length stop scale to ensure consistent, standardized stripping lengths for every wire.
Multi-Component Grips: Ergonomically designed, soft and comfortable in hand, helping distribute pressure and preventing hand slippage.
Easy Blade Replacement System: Blades and clamping jaws can be replaced when worn, significantly extending the service life of the tool.
Applications (Suitable for)
Industrial Production and High-End Control Cabinet Assembly: Ideal for electricians and engineers working with specialized wire specifications in control panels, machinery, and automation systems.
Aerospace, automotive, and military systems: Compatible with high-temperature insulated wires such as PTFE or Kapton® requiring micron-level precision
Electronics and medical equipment maintenance: For high-precision wire stripping where not a single copper strand may be damaged
