KNIPEX 99 01 280 SB Concretors' Nippers 280 mm
The KNIPEX 99 01 280 SB Concretors' Nippers (280 mm) is the ultimate tool for masons and structural ironworkers, crafted to German standards. Specifically engineered for tying and cutting binding wire, it allows you to twist and cut tie wire in a single operation. Its 280 mm length provides the perfect balance of leverage and maneuverability, while the slim head shape easily accesses hard-to-reach areas and tight spaces in reinforced concrete structures. Made from premium special tool steel, forged and multi-stage oil-hardened, it features a black atramentized finish for long-lasting rust and corrosion resistance on job sites.

Features
- Twist & Cut Efficiency: The jaw shape is designed to twist and cut steel tie wire quickly and precisely in a single motion.
- Optimal Leverage: The 280 mm length provides ideal leverage and gripping power, effectively reducing fatigue during continuous rebar tying.
- High-Hardness Cutting Edges: Cutting edges are specially high-frequency induction hardened to approx. 61 HRC, providing sharp cuts through structural tie wire without chipping easily.
- Forged Special Tool Steel: Made from high-grade special tool steel, forged and oil-hardened to withstand high torsional and tensile forces (High-Tensile).
- Black Atramentized Finish: Black coating prevents rust and corrosion caused by moisture on construction sites.
- Slim Head Design: Slim head profile easily reaches into confined spaces or dense rebar mesh to tie wire.

Applications (Suitable for)
- Rebar tying and reinforced concrete structures (foundations, columns, beams, and slabs)
