TRUSCO TPS1827-BK is an architectural engineering-grade industrial waterproof and dustproof tarpaulin sheet adhering to top standards from Japan. The inner core fabric is woven from polyester fibers with high density and strength, coated on both outer surfaces with a thick layer of vinyl chloride resin. This yields a total sheet thickness of 0.35 mm, offering a taut, smooth surface with an elegant matte black finish that provides long-lasting resistance against scratches and harsh sunlight without becoming brittle or rotting easily like standard PE sheets or woven bags.

In addition to its 100% waterproof performance blocking rain and moisture completely, this tarpaulin features a key Fire Retardant Class II property tested and officially certified by the Japan Fire Retardant Association (JFRA Registration No. F-63039). This offers ultimate peace of mind when strung as a protective barrier in work areas subject to sparks from grinding, welding, or metal cutting. It comes with genuine brass grommets around the perimeter that resist high tensile forces, will not rust, and are spaced closely every 30 cm for neat, taut fastening and optimal storm wind resistance.

Japan Certified Fire Retardant: Features flame-retardant and fire-spreading prevention properties certified to Japan Fire Retardant Association (JFRA) standards, enhancing safety on industrial worksites.

High-Density Vinyl Resin Coated: Coated with 0.35 mm thick vinyl chloride resin. The fabric is tough, flexible, and offers excellent resistance to hot and humid weather conditions and UV rays.

100% Water & Dust Proof: Seamless, solid construction completely prevents water leakage, oil stains, diluted chemical stains, and blocks airborne dust dispersion perfectly.

Superior Tear Resistance: The internal woven fabric structure withstands high tensile and jerk forces (Machine Direction 559N/3cm, Cross Direction 539N/3cm), preventing the fabric from tearing at the grommets when hit by wind.

Durable Brass Grommets: 30 genuine brass grommets around the perimeter resist rust stains, do not corrode the tarpaulin fabric, and allow tie-down straps to be fastened securely and tautly.
