TRUSCO TPS1827-OR is a high-quality, heavy-duty vinyl-coated waterproof covering tarpaulin sheet in high-visibility orange, imported directly from Japan. Engineered with an ultra-high-density woven polyester base, it is coated thoroughly on both sides with a thick layer of vinyl chloride resin. This yields a stable 0.35 mm thickness that resists sunlight, UV radiation, and diluted chemicals, without cracking, becoming brittle, or peeling like standard PE plastic sheets on the market.

The superior highlight of this series is its flame retardant property (Fire Retardant Class II), officially certified by the Japan Fire Retardant Association (JFRA registration number F-63039). The fabric will not spread flames or serve as fuel, dramatically enhancing safety at maintenance jobsites, welding stations, or construction areas. The tarpaulin comes fitted with 30 high-tensile, rust-resistant premium brass eyelets punched tightly every 30 cm (ハトメピッチ: 30cm), enabling tradespeople to stretch, lash, or hang it as a privacy curtain securely and tautly to withstand strong wind buffeting without tearing.

Features

Japan Fire Retardant Standard (F-63039): Certified to Japan's Class II flame retardancy standard. The tarpaulin fabric is flame retardant and self-extinguishing once the heat source is removed, reducing the risk of severe fires.

Vinyl Chloride Resin Coating (0.35 mm.): Premium extra-thick vinyl chloride resin coating provides a smooth surface that is easy to wipe clean, resisting scratches and deep oil stains.

100% Waterproof & Weather Proof: Completely prevents rainwater and moisture penetration. Long-lasting durability against harsh sun and strong outdoor storm winds, with a lifespan 3-5 times longer than typical plastic tarpaulins.

High Tear Resistance: The woven polyester core structure offers high tensile strength up to 559N/3cm vertically and 539N/3cm horizontally, preventing tears from spreading if punctured.

Every-30cm Brass Eyelets: Equipped with 30 genuine brass eyelets around the sheet, closely spaced every 30 cm for easier tying and a smoother, tighter setup than conventional eyelet spacing.
