TESA 5010 High-Temperature Masking Tape is a premium industrial-grade crepe paper masking tape developed specifically for paint spray applications that involve high-temperature baking processes. Made from high-quality crepe paper, its flexible structure conforms and adheres exceptionally well to the curves and contours of car bodies and machinery parts. Coated with TESA's proprietary natural rubber-based adhesive, it provides a strong initial tack for instant bonding. Most notably, it withstands oven temperatures of up to 100°C without the adhesive oozing or melting. Once the baking process is complete, painters can easily remove the tape in one piece without tearing or leaving sticky residue (clean removal), saving time and elevating spray painting finishes to a professional level.

- High-temperature resistance for auto paint booth specs (Excellent Temp Resistance): Withstands paint baking room temperatures up to 100 °C (for up to 30 minutes) without the adhesive or paper backing drying out or scorching

- Clean removal without annoying adhesive residue (Clean Removal): Formulated with a special natural rubber adhesive grade, it removes 100% cleanly even after heat baking, leaving no sticky residue on workpieces

- Sharp paint lines without bleed-through (Sharp Paint Edges): Paper backing effectively blocks penetration of all types of spray paints (both water-based and solvent-based), ensuring sharp, clean, and mess-free edges

- Flexible crepe paper backing conforms to curves (Flexible Crepe Backing): The tape stretches to wrap around rounded corners and adhere smoothly to curves and contours without lifting or peeling during painting

- Strong, solvent-resistant adhesive (Solvent Resistant): Resists solvents and thinners blended into spray paints, preventing the tape from disintegrating or softening during spray application
