TRUSCO WW8-40 Galvanized Wire Rope for Manual Winch 8 mm x 40 m

The wire rope is braided into a standard 6×37 construction, which is renowned for delivering robust tensile strength combined with "exceptionally high flexibility." This allows the rope to bend smoothly around and spool onto the drum without kinking, bending, or knotting, which are the primary causes of premature rope failure. Furthermore, the outer wire surface is treated with a specialized concentrated lubricant to reduce internal friction, ensuring safety, reliability, and long-lasting durability.

Dense 6×37 stranded wire construction: Delivers high flexibility and bends smoothly around small drum cores without deforming.

Japanese-Grade High Carbon Steel: Tough, rigid structure with high shock resistance against abrupt tensile forces.

Pre-Lubricated Surface: Protective coating between internal strands helps reduce friction buildup and provides excellent rust prevention.

Smooth Operation with Winch Systems: Strands wind evenly on the spool, wrapping easily around the drum without springback for neat job site handling.

Full 40-Meter Length: Accommodates long-distance towing, guying, or lifting without dimensional length constraints.

Used as the primary wire rope for manual winches in towing fishing boats, hauling vehicles, or pulling cars onto transport trailers.

Ideal for guying, securing, and bracing temporary structures, antenna masts, or communication towers on outdoor jobsites exposed to wind loads.

Used in industrial plants and maintenance departments for hauling machinery, repositioning press dies, or vertically lifting heavy loads.
