TRUSCO WWS8-40 is a high-quality steel wire rope for winches, measuring 8 mm in diameter and 40 meters in total length. Engineered for use with all types of manual winches and electric hoists. Featuring a special 6×37 IWRC (Independent Wire Rope Core) construction from Japan, it offers high flexibility, excellent bending fatigue resistance around winch drums, and very low elongation. The wire surface is treated with anti-rust coating and pre-lubricated with industrial-grade grease from the factory, reducing internal wire friction and extending service life. With a maximum tensile load capacity of up to 3 tons, it delivers professional-grade safety and reliability.

High-Tensile Steel Wire: Made from high-carbon steel, providing exceptional resistance to shock loads and torsional stress.

6×37 IWRC Structure: 6-strand braided structure with 37 wires per strand and an independent wire rope core, increasing strength and reducing wire fraying rate.

Pre-Lubricated & Anti-Rust: Pre-coated with anti-rust treatment and lubricated with special-grade grease, ready for immediate use.

Excellent Flexibility: Highly supple and flexible wire rope spools on and off the winch drum smoothly without kinking or binding.

Machined Eye Terminals: One end is crimped with a thimble eye sleeve, providing robust and secure termination to prevent slippage and breakage at hook connection points.
