TESA 4341 (tesa® 4341 High-Performance Masking Tape) is a premium industrial-grade crepe paper masking tape featuring exceptional high-temperature resistance. The backing is made of high-quality slightly creped paper that is tough, supple, and highly flexible, combined with a specially formulated natural rubber adhesive system that provides strong, reliable initial adhesion on a wide variety of surfaces. It withstands harsh working environments and offers excellent resistance to solvents and thinners in paints. Ideal for professional painting systems, automotive spray painting requiring high-temperature oven drying, masking in manufacturing plants, and assembly work demanding razor-sharp, bleed-free paint edges.

Features

High Temperature Resistance: The tape construction withstands oven-curing temperatures up to 140°C continuously for up to 1 hour, allowing confident use in automotive paint booths or industrial curing ovens without the tape drying out, becoming brittle, or melting.

Excellent Flexibility & Elasticity: The crepe paper backing has high flexibility, allowing it to be stretched, bent around corners, and smoothly contoured to automotive body curves, door jambs, or complex curved workpieces without lifting or snapping back.

Strong Natural Rubber Adhesive: The natural rubber adhesive formulation provides high holding power and adheres firmly and instantly even to smooth surfaces such as polished metal, glass, plastic, or primed components, preventing paint mist or chemicals from seeping under the tape edges onto the workpiece.

Clean & Sharp Paint Edges: Delivers sharp, clean, beautiful paint edges upon peeling with no paint flaking, elevating the finish to a professional, meticulous standard.

Residue-Free Clean Removal: After completing the paint-curing process and letting the workpiece cool down, the tape can be peeled off easily in one continuous strip without tearing or breaking, leaving no sticky adhesive residue embedded on the surface to waste time cleaning.
